Alvin E. Smith, age 68, passed away December 28, 2021.  Beloved husband of 51 years to Suzanne (nee Crown); Loving father of Alvin Jr. (wife Marilyn) and Wesley; Treasured grandfather of Marissa De Rossett (husband Nicolas) and Cameron; Greatest PapPap to Emerie and Dominick De Rossett; Brother of Paul, Doug (wife Bonnie), Wade (wife Colleen), Ellen Brenner (husband Barry), Marnie McGuigan (husband Regis), Mary Nell Gauden (husband Ed), and Forest (wife Mary Kay); Son-In-Law of Joe Crown; Brother-In-Law of Charlene Poole, Jesse DiRando (wife Susan), Joe Crown (wife Sue), Rich Crown, Steven Crown (wife Jen), Michael Crown, and Kathleen Crown; Uncle and friend to many. Alvin was a self-employed Mac Tools salesman for 41 years and looked forward to servicing his route every day. He was dedicated to his faith and was a proud member of his Church. He will be greatly missed. Friends may call at the Corrigan-Deighton Funeral Home, 21900 Euclid Ave, Euclid OH 44117 on February 5, from 12:00 till 4:00pm, A private family service will follow.
