Bernie, 83, of Willoughby Hills, Ohio, passed peacefully at David Simpson Hospice House the morning of December 7 2024.He was born in Cleveland, Ohio to Rudolph and Martha Marincic (who both preceded him in death). He owned and ran a Pure Oil/Union 76 gas station on East 200th Street in Euclid, he was both a car salesman and furniture salesman before retiring early.
Retirement allowed him to do dealer trades, watch auto races, build models, watch the history channel, debate politics, build puzzles, play the stock market, and play polka music.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Linda; daughter Kym Pickett; sons: Mike Marincic (Kim), Greg Marincic (Dawn), and Mark Marincic; sister Loretta Slattery (Jim); brother Ken Marincic (Renee). A private memorial for immediate family will be held at a future date due to existing family illness. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in Bernie’s name to:
